Cheyenne grew up as a military child and has lived in several places. She earned her B.S. in chemistry in 2015 and her M.S in chemistry in 2017 from East Carolina University. Her master's focused on developing a method to assess the association between organophosphates and the incidence of diabetes and obesity. During her master’s program, Cheyenne interned/collaborated with Research Triangle Institute International (RTI) on her research project. Cheyenne is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in chemistry as a third year student in Dr. Halamek's Lab.
Fun Fact: Cheyenne earned her black belt in martial arts in 2006.
